Sign-in channels
Email is always the first choice. SMS is off by default and requires a configured Yoola key before you enable it. Switching SMS off stops new codes; existing codes remain valid until expiry.
Video provider
New rooms switch only after health checks; active rooms remain pinned and recording is disabled.
Payment providers
Enable Flutterwave or Pesapal and select the provider for new checkouts. Existing transactions remain pinned.
Payment operations
Search exact transactions, review pending-cancellation uncertainty and re-query the pinned provider.
Cancellation reviews
Fixed-term access changes are explicit and audited. Automated refunds are disabled; approvals require a confirmed no-refund decision and access end date.

Pending admissions
Applications appear before sign-in. Contact verification precedes admission review and invitation. This list refreshes every 30 seconds while visible, unless a review is being edited.

Deletes a member account or testing application through governed erasure: the dossier is purged, email is freed only after erasure succeeds, financial/audit/counterpart records stay anchored to a pseudonymized tombstone, and open pairings block execution until resolved. Staff accounts use DEACTIVATE in the Staff workspace instead.

Video usage, email backlog, payment states, KYC queue and erasure SLA health.
Matching cockpit
Review pairs that need staff help, or find and plan new introductions. Matching uses pseudonyms, not names, photos or contacts.
Automatic introductions can be sent when both members choose automatic and all checks pass. Mixed choices, unfinished relationship questions and discussion topics come to staff.
Sent introductions
Automatic and staff-sent proposals, with each member's decision. A proposal being issued does not confirm email delivery. Photo reveal requires both to accept; contacts still require both to agree after their date.
Waiting for staff review
Review a pending pair, check its requirements, then decide whether to send the introduction. Sent automatic introductions are not in this queue.

Plan introductions across the pool
Preview one suggested partner per available member. Compare stable matching with the plan that pairs the most members, then maximizes the current alignment score. Review each suggestion before creating a match.
Up to 200 selected or filtered members. Existing work and previous pairs are excluded. Empty selection uses the active member pool. No proposals are sent by previewing.
Introductions & Date Outcomes
Scheduled virtual dates and in-person concierge dinners. Finalize outcomes to unlock feedback or record no-shows.
